Understanding Strengths, Behaviour & Potential

The Harrison Assessments offers a comprehensive and insightful approach to understanding both individual traits and the ways these influences how we interact with others.

Drawing on over 25 years of robust research, this globally recognised tool is grounded in the Employment Enjoyment Theory and Paradox Theory, ensuring that results are both meaningful and scientifically sound. By examining a wide range of personal characteristics and behaviours, the assessment not only reveals how these traits shape your working relationships but also matches your unique strengths with specific job roles.

In addition, it highlights potential areas for personal and professional growth, providing a clear path for development. The process generates a variety of tailored reports, which form the foundation for rich, supportive conversations aimed at unlocking your true potential and guiding you towards greater satisfaction and success in your career.
