Collaborative skills have never been more important, and these skills are necessary for today’s workplace. Based on the top-selling book by James W Tamm and Ronald J Luyet; this three-day, highly interactive workshop is designed to teach people five practical and immediately applicable skills essential to building collaborative relationships between individuals and within teams and organisations.
It is appropriate for anyone whose circumstances have the potential for disharmony, misunderstandings and conflict and who would like to improve their effectiveness. It is also particularly helpful for individuals responsible for creating more collaborative environments within a team or organisation.
These are the ‘soft skills for today’s complex working environment.
This course is for anyone who wants to develop connects with others, in teams, with clients, with other teams, or those who work by themselves but need to understand others and how they work. For people that work in a matrix work environment.
I previously believed that collaboration meant compromising my own interests, often resulting in a sense of not achieving my goals. However, Radical Collaboration taught me effective strategies to protect my interests while considering the perspectives of others, enabling us to reach optimal solutions together. Although this process can be challenging, the activities within this course have provided valuable insight into successful teamwork and constructive engagement with others.
It had such an impact that I gained an accreditation to teach this course.
