Two-day face-to-face workshop

Essential relationship skills for modern workplaces

In today’s increasingly complex working world, the ability to forge strong, successful relationships is not just an advantage – it’s essential.

Gone are the days when ‘soft skills’ were informally picked up on the job; now, mastering them is crucial for everyone, regardless of role or experience. This two-day, activity-driven workshop covers the five vital skills at the heart of every effective business relationship: Collaborative Intention, Openness, Self-Accountability, Self-Awareness, and Effective Problem-Solving.

What will you learn?

Our expert facilitators will empower you to build collaboration, tackle challenging situations with confidence, and communicate without defensiveness. By engaging in hands-on learning and real-world scenarios, you’ll not only develop practical techniques but also gain deep insights into your own behaviour. Step away with the tools and confidence to handle even the most difficult conversations and transform the way you connect and succeed at work.

These skills are teachable, and with practice, available to all.

Upon observing our staff during their work, we noted a distinct change in behaviour in one individual. This led us to inquire whether they had attended the Heyward Group training, which was confirmed. Consequently, for the remainder of the afternoon, we challenged ourselves to identify which employees had participated in the training and which had not. Through careful observation, we found that we were able to distinguish, with complete accuracy, those who had completed the training based on their demonstrated behaviours.
